Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Orders will normally be dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment has been confirmed.
Estimated delivery times are:
Standard UK Delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather or unusually high demand.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges will be shown clearly at checkout before payment is completed.
If we offer free delivery above a certain order value, the qualifying amount will also be displayed at checkout.
Returns
We hope you are happy with your Svalora purchase. If you change your mind, you may notify us that you wish to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item. This reflects the cancellation rights that generally apply to UK distance sales.
